Yoga and Pilates Classes at Mollie Nye House: Join Us for Wellness!

This spring, join us at Mollie Nye House for Yoga & Pilates Fusion classes that combine mindful yoga and core-strengthening Pilates for a powerful, all-levels workout.

Plus, don’t miss our new 15/20/25 Class, featuring:

  • 15 minutes of low-intensity cardio
  • 20 minutes of core-focused Pilates
  • 25 minutes of stretch and relaxation

Class Schedule

  • Monday: 15/20/25 Class
  • Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: Yoga & Pilates Fusion Class
  • Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Classes will run from January 6th to April 30th, with the following exceptions:
  • No Class on Monday, February 17th
  • No Class on Monday, April 21st
  • No Class on Wednesday, January 29th
  • No Class on Monday, February 3rd
