Introduction
Hi, I’m Ria Sisodraker, and I’m excited to share my love for yoga and wellness with you. My goal is to make sure you leave each class feeling refreshed, inspired, confident in your own skin, and proud of what you’ve accomplished.
My love for yoga and fitness started back in 2017 when I first tried various group fitness and yoga classes. This passion led me to complete a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Soul Thrive Yoga in 2022. Before opening Vivafit Studios, I enjoyed two amazing years teaching at several Oxygen Yoga and Fitness around Vancouver. I specialize in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin yoga, and Pilates-inspired classes, making sure there’s something for everyone, no matter your fitness level.

Teaching philosophy

My aim is to help you improve your balance, mobility, and encourage growth in every session.
