This spring, join us at Mollie Nye House for Yoga & Pilates Fusion classes that combine vinyasa flow yoga and core-strengthening Pilates for a powerful, all-levels workout.

Plus, don’t miss our new 15/20/25 Class, featuring:

  • 15 minutes of low-intensity cardio
  • 20 minutes of core-focused Pilates
  • 25 minutes of stretch and relaxation
